If you are looking for a better work/life balance and gaining more experience treating trauma or maternal mental health issues, working for Middle Path Psychotherapy (MPP) will be a great opportunity. Dr. Punzo, owner of MPP, has extensive experience in PTSD and is passionate about teaching others about best practices. Because of her expertise, she has a robust referral stream which could help build a new team member’s caseload quickly. Dr. Punzo also has an extremely high retention rate of clients and can provide guidance and insight on how to cultivate this with your own clients. In addition, she continues to stay involved in outside organizations related to trauma and maternal mental health, increasing the visibility of the practice.
Middle Path Psychotherapy offers a highly competitive reimbursement arrangement and a collegial work environment. Dr. Punzo is currently looking for licensed master’s (LPC/LCPC or LCSW) or doctoral level clinicians to join her growing team. She is also open to adding on a post-doctoral candidate.
